Location: the hotel was right by stores and food delivery. Had tea and goodies at Giorgio's Cafe & Deli, nestled 1 mi of the property. It was a joy spending time in the reasonably large room with the sofa, computer plus the internet. Towels and a bath were available there.

I appreciated the central heating, multi-channel television, microwave oven, the amazingly comfortable bed, and the clean bathroom in the room.

The 3 esd employees that I came in contact with during my stay exhibited extremely poor costomer service skills in my opinion. Upon check in I encountered an employee who was unaware of my reservation; it took almost 20 minutes to get into my room at 1am. I was issued 3 different keys to my room, none of which initially worked. I was never instructed on how to access in-room internet, and the phone in my room never worked, nor was fixed after bringing this to the attention of a front desk employee. An overall extremely disappointing experience for the money.

I had a fantastic day during my stay and would definitely come back.

The beds are very comfortable, and the room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator; the location is convenient with nearby stores.

It was a great experience for her and all her friends and family. The hotel staff was courteous and provided us with privacy during our stay. The hotel overall was clean and located in a safe area, close to the interstate. The price was decent for the time of year we went. com.

I like the privacy that is given and courtise by all the staff that is given too.

I do not like the fact that there is only one washer and drier on the facility. I think there should have been more for the volume of guest there.
